Drunk Taco Bell Employee Bit Coworkers In Waukesha: Police
Waukesha police say an intoxicated Taco Bell employee bit and slapped a manager and coworker before trying to bite police.
WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha say a 29-year-old Milwaukee woman has been arrested and charged after she showed up at her place of employment drunk, and bit two employees before trying to bite a Waukesha police officer.
According to court records, Miriam Smith has been charged with attempted battery to a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Waukesha police said they were called to the Taco Bell on N. Grandview Blvd. just before 10 p.m. on June 29 on a report of a fight between Smith and two coworkers.

Police said Smith showed up at work intoxicated, and became involved in a fight with a manager and a coworker. Police said she bit and slapped both Taco Bell workers during the altercation.
According to Waukesha police, Smith attempted to kick the officer and was able to get her teeth on his arm, but it was pulled away before she could latch on.

Court records show Smith was released on a $1,000 cash bond on July 1, and is due before the Waukesha County Circuit Court on July 15 for a hearing.
