Dunkin' Donuts Moves Forward With Sunset Drive Location

Dunkin’ Donuts will be allowed to open on Sunset Drive in the Town of Waukesha with a drive-through window, the Town Board decided Thursday night.

A condition of the approval is to ensure Waukesha County officials do not have any restrictions on the drive-through window, according to Town of Waukesha Clerk/Treasurer Jamie Salentine.

Dunkin’ Donuts will open at S30W24836 Sunset Drive. The 5,040 square foot building would house up to four retail tenants. The plans do not state what tenants would be located in the building, besides Dunkin’ Donuts.

The Sunset Drive Dunkin’ Donuts will be the second to open in Waukesha recently. Dunkin’ Donuts opened on North Grandview Boulevard in October.

Milwaukee Coffee Brewing Co. (MCB) plans to open 36 Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout southeast Wisconsin in the next few years, according to Menomonee Falls Patch.
