Our Savior’s Evangelical Lutheran Church to host The Ugandan Orphans Choir.
Come and enjoy the music of Africa as Our Savior’s Evangelical Lutheran Church presents the The Ugandan Orphans Choir (www.childcareworldwide.org/choir) on Wednesday, September 28 at 6:30 pm at the Church, located at W22 N5782 County Road E (just north of Swallow School).
This nationally acclaimed group is comprised of 10 Ugandan children who make up the choir. They are known for their outstanding musical talents and will present songs and tribal dances from their homeland. The Ugandan Choir is a ministry of Childcare Worldwide and this is the 7th choir that has toured in the U.S.
Childcare Worldwide has ministered in East Africa and around the globe for over 30 years with goal of making a difference in the lives of children, helping them to survive and succeed. Admission is free and the church is providing a meal beginning at 5:15 pm.
