Former Cousin's Subs Manager Gets Prison For Sex With Minor

WAUKESHA, WI — A 24-year-old Waukesha man who was convicted of child enticement after prosecutors said he forced a 16-year-old girl to have sex with him at Cousin's Subs in 2019 will be serving prison time after a Waukesha County Circuit Court judge denied his attempt to suspend his prison sentence.

Jordan Flamand was sentenced to two years in prison in addition to the requirement that he register as a sex offender following his conviction of child enticement on Jan. 27, court records show.

According to court records, Flamand's attorney tried having his sentence suspended pending an appeal in Waukesha County Circuit Court, only to have Judge Maria Lazar deny that request. Court records show that the victim's parents sent the judge a letter objecting to any relief of Flamand's sentence.

Sex Allegations At Waukesha Restaurant

Authorities in Waukesha County said Flamand was a manager at the Cousin's Subs on Pearl Street when he coerced a 16-year-old girl into having sex with him in the restaurant.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County, Jordan Flamand, 23, was charged with child sexual exploitation, child enticement and two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 16 years of age. Flamand pleaded guilty to child enticement. All other charges were dismissed, but read into the official record, according to court records.

Waukesha police department call logs indicated that the girl's father called police just after 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2019, to say that he saw Flamand having sex with his daughter. Officers immediately began investigating the case, according to call logs.

According to the complaint, the girl told her parents that she had been forced to have sex multiple times, saying she did not have a choice in the matter and had been coerced into the actions. Investigators also said Flamand pressured her into posing nude.
