Getting Vaccinated In Wauwatosa Could Also Get You $100
For a limited time anyone getting vaccinated in Wisconsin will also get $100. Here's where first shots are offered around Wauwatosa.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Anyone in Wisconsin that gets their first COVID-19 vaccination shot before Sept. 6 will also receive $100, Governor Tony Evers announced today.
Anyone in Wisconsin 12 and up that gets the vaccine in the next two weeks will be eligible for a Visa gift card, delivered by mail.
The new Wisconsin incentive came the same day "The public can be very confident that this vaccine meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product," said acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock. "Today's milestone puts us one step closer to altering the course of this pandemic in the U.S."

Here's how to collect a gift card in Wisconsin for getting vaccinated:
- Get a first dose of any COVID-19 vaccine from a Wisconsin provider before Sept. 6
- Fill out a registration form so officials can confirm vaccination status and send the gift card to an address.
- Parents and guardians will have to fill out the form for their children ages 12-17.
- Provide an email address and a physical address.

Wauwatosa Health Department
The Wauwatosa Health Department offers regular walk-in and appointment COVID-19 vaccinations, according to its website. People can get a shot Mondays through Fridays 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Department, located at City Hall, 7725 W North Ave.

The health department has Pfizer (ages 12 and up) and Moderna (ages 18 and up) available. They also have the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, but the supply is subject to availability.
