Good Harvest Market Temporarily Closes Sundays Due To Staffing

The closure also includes the restaurant Hop Harvest & Vine.

WAUKESHA, WI—A Waukesha restaurant and grocery store will be closed for the next two Sundays due to staffing shortages.

Good Harvest Market and the restaurant Hop Harvest & Vine, 2205 Silvernail Road will be closed on Jan. 16 and Jan. 23, the business announced on its website.

"These past few weeks has been a struggle for our already lean staff as Covid, the flu and other ailments have hit numerous team members. Given the stress this has placed on the remaining staff members, especially the managers who often have to cover for those absent, we are making the difficult decision to temporarily close the store and restaurant on the next 2 Sundays, January 16th and 23rd. This closing will allow overworked staff to get at least 1 day off each week, and allow us to make sure our customers receive the great service they are accustomed to," the store's statement said.

The Good Harvest ToGo online shopping is also unavailable for the next two Sundays, however it is available from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Wednesdays.
