Convicted Sex Offender To Be Released From Prison
Jack Moore, 58, will be released on Tuesday.

WAUKESHA, WI— A 58-year-old Waukesha man will be released from prison and into the City of Waukesha with no housing in place. Jack Moore was convicted of first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, and battery in 1990. Moore and a woman held a female against her will and repeatedly sexually assaulted her.
His accomplice, Lisa J. Farkas was previously was released in the community in 2000 and was the first woman to prompt a community-wide notification, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Her probation was revoked in 2010, court records show.
Moore is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime G.P.S. monitoring.
