WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha say a burglary suspect has been arrested and is awaiting potential charges. According to Waukesha Police call logs, officers responded to a home on the 500 block of Orchard Ave. at just after 2 a.m. on Sept. 20 after a homeowner saw that a man broke into their home. Police call logs stated the homeowner was in the bedroom and saw the man attempting to tiptoe past the door. The homeowner quickly got out of the house with their children, and called 911. According to police, the man was found in the neighborhood after he fled the house. He was questioned by officers and arrested, authorities say.
