The Kelly Johnson Foundation partners with San Diego tennis nonprofit

Local Wisconsin nonprofit, the Kelly Johnson Foundation today announced a new partnership with San Diego-based Second Serve 501(c)3.

The Kelly Johnson Foundation today announced a new partnership with Second Serve 501(c)3. We are partnering with Second Serve 501(c)3 to donate new and gently used tennis gear to kids in need at Milwaukee Tennis & Education Foundation. Each year we collect donations at our Johnson Summer Classic Tennis Tournament. Our goal was 90 items to celebrate our 9th annual event.

“We are excited to support youth programming and encourage kids to play sports,” says Kelly Johnson, Founder at The Kelly Johnson Foundation. “Giving back has been a core value of the foundation since it was started, and we look to do that at every event.”

The benefits of this new partnership include:

  • Repurposing tennis equipment for youth to grow their passions.
  • Giving back to our community.
  • Expanding a love for sports by creating future athletes and leaders.
