Kohl's Opening Stores In 10 States; Wisconsin Coming Soon
The Menomonee Falls-based retailer is opening some stores but is holding off on the Badger State for now, company officials said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Kohl's Department Stores, a staple in many Wisconsin shoppers' need for household items and clothing, announced plans this week to open stores in 10 states — but not yet in Wisconsin.
According to company officials, starting Monday, Kohl's will reopen all of their stores in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana and Texas, and most of their stores in Florida and Tennessee.

"We are taking an informed, measured approach based on a number of factors to reopen our stores on a phased timeline, with about 25 percent of our stores open by next week," a company spokesperson said.
Kohl's Department stores across Wisconsin temporarily closed its stores nationwide Thursday, March 19 at 7 p.m. local time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
