Landmark Credit Union Proposed In Waukesha
Plan Commission will meet tonight to discuss the 3,586 sq. ft branch building.

WAUKESHA, WI—Landmark Credit Union is proposing a new building in the Fox Run redevelopment site. The 13.42-acre project is located at Sunset Drive and St. Paul Avenue.
The proposed stand-alone 3,586 sq. ft branch building will be discussed at tonight's Waukesha Plan Commission meeting for the final site plan and architectural review.
According to meeting documents, the building will consist of brick with "various reveal and soldier course details carried around all sides of the building".

Windows are found on all facades, with a heavy use of glass on the east façade where the main entrance and walk in lobby area are, the documents stated.
The documents also described pedestrian access is provided from the west off of the internal sidewalk network for the overall development with the main entrance facing onto St. Paul Ave.
