Leather Jacket Stolen Out Of Shopping Cart; Man Passed Out, Holding Pot Pipe

Police Blotter: stolen jacket, man passed out behind wheel, unwanted tv and phone control.

WAUKESHA, WI — Leather Jacket Stolen While Shopping

A woman called in to report that her 3/4 length leather coat had been stolen from her cart while she was shopping on 3/19/17.

She said that the the store told her that they do not contact police for theft complaints.

Store surveillance video was reviewed but did not reveal anyone removing the jacket from her cart. The jacket also had sunglasses in the pocket and its whereabouts are still unknown.

Bonnie complained on 3/19/17 that her neighbor "Nick" had drilled a hole into her wall and has been controlling her phone and TV. Bonnie stated she has no proof that Nick has been doing this and has never seen him or been inside his apartment.

No answer at the neighbor's apartment. Caller has mental health issues and was not reasonable.

Upon inspection, the hole drilled in the wall was painted over, old, and very small.

Bonnie was given options.

Man Passed Out In Running Vehicle, Holding Pot Pipe

Caller called in to report that he observed a man passed out behind the wheel of a silver Pontiac Grand Am at 1600 E Main St., the man was also holding a marijuana pipe.

Caller offered to stand by vehicle until officers arrived. Officers checked to see if man was breathing.
