Man Who Sexually Assaulted Girl, 5, To Be Released In Waukesha

Authorities say Julian Andersen will be released back into Waukesha after he was convicted in 1996 of three counts of child sex assault.

WAUKESHA, WI — A 49-year-old Waukesha man convicted of three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child will be returning to the community this week following the completion of his time behind bars.

Waukesha police say Julian Andersen, 49, will be placed at a home on Pewaukee Road.

Authorities say Andersen was convicted in 1996 after he sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl who was under his supervision.

Waukesha Police say Andersen is to have no unsupervised contact with children, is not allowed in taverns/bars/liquor stores, have no contact with his victims, and is not allowed to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.

Waukesha police also say Andersen is bound to comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime GPS monitoring.
