Multifamily 72-Unit Apartment Project Proposed In Waukesha
The apartment building is proposed for 4.8 acres of vacant land on Saylesville Road.

WAUKESHA, WI—The Plan Commission will meet Wednesday to discuss a conceptual plan for a 72-unit multifamily apartment project, according to city documents.
Cardinal Capital Management Inc. is proposing an apartment project on 4.8 acres of land south of the Saylesville Road and River Road intersection.
The land, which has been identified for commercial use for more than 20 years, is still vacant.

The proposal includes a three story, 30,569-square-foot building oriented towards Saylesville Road and River Road with access off Rapids Trail, documents said.
Some 72 units are proposed, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Eighty-five parking spaces will be included under the building, with an additional 38 surface spaces.

The developer is proposing indoor and outdoor amenities for the residents. One of the currently planned amenity spaces is an in-ground outdoor pool with a surrounding deck.
