Carolyn Mack of Waukesha, surrounded by her family, died on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Seasons Hospice at the age of 78 years. 

Carolyn was born in Rockford, Illinois, on November 25, 1934 daughter of Charles and Bernice St. Clair. She was a dedicated employee of Waukesha Memorial Hospital for more than 25 years and loved the friendships that she made. Carolyn enjoyed fishing in Canada, reading, golfing, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Carolyn will be dearly missed by her children, Beth L. Mack, Kristen (Gary) Edwardsen, Steven Mack and Marcus (Shelley) Mack; grandchildren, Toni Brookshire, Stephanie Mack, Ryan (Autumn) Mack, Amy (Anton) Balza, Samuel Edwardsen, Menaka Edwardsen, and Sadie Mack; great-granddaughter, Christian Brookshire; sister, Kathryn St. Clair; sister-in-laws, Beth Mack and Lois Mack. Carolyn is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; grandson, Ian; great-granddaughter, Olivia; and parents.

The visitation for Carolyn will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the 1 p.m. memorial service on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated to be donated to the charity of their choice at a later date.
