Police Searching For Papa Murphy's Robbery Suspect: Report

Police said the suspect in this case resembles the suspect reported at other Papa Murphy's robberies.

WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha are trying to track down a suspect accused of robbing the Papa Murphy's pizza shop on W. Sunset Drive.

According to police call logs, police were dispatched to the Papa Murphy's, 804 W. Sunset Drive, at just after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Police said they spoke with Papa Murphy's employees who were on the job at the time of the incident. According to police, workers told police that a woman in her 20s or 30s took the cash register drawer and the tip jar. Workers also told police that the woman said "give me the money or I'll shoot you."

According to police call logs, workers said the woman had some type of weapon on her, but weren't sure whether it was a gun or something made to resemble a gun.

Police said the suspect in this case resembles the suspect reported at other Papa Murphy's robberies in the area, including one in Menomonee Falls.

Waukesha Police said they're working with neighboring police departments in order to track down the suspect.
