Reckless Driving Call Nets 2 Arrests At Waukesha Kwik Trip: Cops
Authorities say a driver on I-94 called police over a man who was swerving across lanes before exiting the freeway and striking a wall.
WAUKESHA, WI — A man and woman who were wanted by authorities face new charges after they were arrested by Waukesha police in a reckless vehicle case.
According to Waukesha police, officers were sent to the Kwik Trip at E. Moreland Blvd. and Kossow Road after a driver on I-94 saw the driver of a Chevrolet Impala swerving across lanes just after 9 p.m. on May 16.
Police call logs stated the driver, later identified as Scott Lemay, hit a retaining wall as he drove off the interstate. He ended up parking at the Kwik Trip to put air in his tires, police said.

Police said they went to the Kwik Trip where Lemay and the woman traveling with him were both arrested.
According to court records, a warrant for Lemay's arrest was posted on Feb. 26 on charges of theft, perjury before a judge, and four counts of forgery.

Court records show that the 27-year-old woman traveling with Lemay was also arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Records showed that she was out on bond related to a February case where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
