Ribbon-Cutting Held For Ascension Wisconsin Hospital In Waukesha

The neighborhood hospital opens to patients on Oct. 13.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha welcomed a new 33,000-square-foot microhospital Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting for Ascension Wisconsin, 2325 Fox Run Blvd.

The site will open to patients on Oct. 13, and the new hospital will operate 24 hours a day.

The facility will house emergency and inpatient and outpatient care on its first floor, along with a lab and medical imagining. The second floor will be devoted to primary care, women's health, cardiology, behavioral health and other specialty services, according to the hospital.

Ascension Wisconsin opened a neighborhood hospital in Menomonee Falls on Aug. 31. A Greenfield location opened on Sept. 15.
