Robbery Reported At Waukesha Walgreens

WAUKESHA, WI— A man ripped out a cash register at Walgreens, 221 E. Sunset Dr. on Sunday, according to a Waukesha Police log. A man in his 20's to 30's, wearing whitewashed jeans jumped the counter at the front of the store, told the caller "don't come close to me," and removed the register and ran out, the log said.

The log didn't indicate if the man was eventually caught.
