Rotten Strawberries In Shape Of Heart Left For Waukesha Man

WAUKESHA, WI— A Waukesha man found himself the recipient of usual gifts at his door. Waukesha police were called on Tuesday in the 400 block of Moreland Blvd. The man called police to report someone has been leaving various types of fruit in front of his garage door, the police log said. The man said it happened twice last week, the first time it was a fresh pineapple and the second incident was rotten strawberries in the shape of a large heart. The man was unsure who would do this and felt concerned it could escalate.

The man said he and his wife have no problems with anyone in the area or at work. He told police he plans to install a security camera on his property, the log said.
