The School District of Waukesha accepted an offer from Carroll University to buy Randall STEM Elementary and an administration building.

WAUKESHA, WI β The School District of Waukesha has accepted an offer to sell Randall STEM Elementary School and the Lindholm Administration Building to Carroll University.
The decision to sell both buildings came as the district reaches a budget deficit of nearly $4 million each year and as enrollment changes, the district said in a news release ahead of the sale agreement.
When initially considering the sale, the district said it has an obligation to optimize its number of facilities. Students and staff at Randall STEM, located at 114 South Charles Street, can expect to relocate to the Whittier Building located at 1103 South East Avenue in the future.
