Several Waukesha Homeless Arrested In Apartment Break-In Case
Police say several people were kicked out of an apartment, only to break back in by kicking down the door.

WAUKESHA, WI — Several people identified as being homeless now face charges in court after they were kicked out of a Waukesha apartment where they had been staying — only to break down the door to get back in.
According to Waukesha police call logs, officers were sent to an apartment on the 400 block of Kimberly Drive just after 11 p.m. on April 23 for a report of a burglary.
Waukesha police said several homeless people were staying at the apartment, and were asked to leave by the owner. After they were kicked out, police said the homeless people broke down the door, and hit the apartment resident with a baseball bat, before leaving the apartment with a few stolen items.

Police said all of the people implicated in the case were later tracked down, arrested and are now being held in the Waukesha County Jail.
