'Suspicious Teen' In Waukesha Was Giving Charity, Police Say

WAUKESHA, WI —Waukesha Police were called on Monday for a report of a suspicious teenager in the 400 block of Dunbar Avenue.

A 16-year-old male was walking in and out of traffic, according to the police report.

At one point the caller watched the teen give something to two other males. The report said it "turned out to be charitable monetary giving. Advised on walking in roadway."
