Thunderstorms, Showers Possible Thursday Night: Wisconsin Weather

The National Weather Service said there is a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms.

WAUKESHA, WI— A thunderstorm is expected to pass through southern Wisconsin Thursday evening, according to the National Weather Service.

The weather service issued a hazardous weather outlook for Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha counties. The main risk is an isolated thunderstorm with showers.

There is a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms over the Midwest Thursday and Friday, the NWS forecast said. Storms could continue through Friday and into Saturday.

Thursday will have a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms and a 30 percent chance of precipitation, NWS said.

A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday

A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 90. Southwest wind around 10 mph.

Saturday night

A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am. Mostly clear, with a low around 68. West wind 5 to 10 mph becomes light in the evening.
