Waukesha Apartment Building Proposed Along St. Paul Avenue

WAUKESHA, WI—A proposed apartment building will be discussed during the City of Waukesha Common Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mandel Group is proposing the development of a 114-unit apartment building along St. Paul Avenue.

The certified survey map will combine the three parcels of land into one 1.74 acre parcel to accommodate the development. The map also contains an easement for the bicycle and pedestrian trail that runs along the Fox River, city documents said.

Portions of the trail will be relocated to accommodate the development and the easement reflects that new location, according to city documents.
