Waukesha Car Fire Melts Part Of Apartment Building: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha say they're working on finding out what caused a car fire on the city's southwest side.
According to Waukesha Police call logs, police and fire were sent to an apartment on the 2000 block of Macarthur Road just before noon on July 9 on a report of a car fire.

Police call logs stated that as the vehicle was burned, flames extended two stories up the building, melting parts of vinyl siding away from the structure among other damage.
Authorities say the cause of the fire has yet to be determined. There were no injuries reported as a result of the fire, authorities said.
