Waukesha County Announces New Coronavirus Testing Dates, Location

Free drive-thru testing will take place next Monday and Tuesday.

WAUKESHA, WI — Wisconsin residents will have two opportunities to get tested for the coronavirus next week in Waukesha.

Two free drive-thru events will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday at the Waukesha County Expo Center.

In a news release, the county said the testing clinic is provided by the Wisconsin National Guard and open to anyone living or working in Wisconsin.

Neither an appointment nor a doctor's referral are required, but those hoping to get tested are encouraged to pre-register online.

Only 600 tests will be given each day, and they are administered on a first-come, first-served bases, the release stated. Insurance is not required.
