Waukesha 'Ding Dong Ditch' Incident Ends With 3 Arrests: Report

A resident on the 1300 block of Camden Way said they called police after seeing one person hit the other in the head with a shovel.

WAUKESHA, WI — An apparent case of "ding dong ditch" led to the arrest of two adults and a teen in Waukesha.

According to Waukesha Police call logs, officers were sent to an apartment on the 1300 block of Camden Way at just before 8 p.m. on Jan. 7 on a report of a fight.

Police call logs stated that a neighbor called police, saying that two neighbors were fighting outside and that one of them had hit the other with a shovel in the back of the building.

Police told Waukesha Patch that the dispute started over one group "ding dong ditching" the other at their door.

Police said a 15-year-old Waukesha girl, a 39-year-old Waukesha man and a 35-year-old Waukesha woman were all arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
