Waukesha Man Smashed Ex's Car As She Sat Inside: Report

Police said the man went to his ex-wife's house to pick up her son, when the man picked up a hammer.

WAUKESHA, WI — A 44-year-old Waukesha man has been arrested and faces charges after authorities say he smashed out all of the windows of his ex-wife's car during.

According to Waukesha Police call logs, officers were sent to a home on the 1400 block of Oakdale Drive at just before 7 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a report of the incident.

Police said the man went to his ex-wife's house to pick up her son. Call logs stated that the man became upset, culminating in the man using a hammer to smash the windows of the woman's car as she was seated inside.
