Waukesha Police Called For Coronavirus Positive Man Leaving House

A concerned caller believed the 90-year-old man was running errands without a mask.

WAUKESHA, WI—A person called Waukesha Police on Wednesday regarding a 90-year-old who tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the police log.

The man tested positive the previous day and has been in and out of the house running normal errands, the police log said. The caller said the man didn't believe he needs to be in quarantine and is possibly not wearing a mask, police said.

Police made contact with the 90-year-old who was told no police action would be taken. The man confirmed he tested positive but didn't confirm or deny he left the house, police said.
