Waukesha Police Called Regarding 'Man With Snake' Talking To Kids

WAUKESHA, WI— A person called Waukesha Police on Sunday after overhearing a man in the 1500 block of David Court talking to children. The caller heard him "saying that he wanted to do something with the kids when their parents weren't home," the police report said.

The male was described as being 18-years-old, wearing a dark brown hoodie, brown jogging pants and "carrying a snake."

Police met with him and he told them he was talking to kids and a woman about babysitting services. The man was talked to about how inappropriate his actions were.

"He now understands that going up to young children is not an appropriate way to look for a babysitting job. He was advised to utilize other avenues for employment opportunities," the report said.
