Suspicious Man With 'Horn Implants' Reported In Waukesha: Police

WAUKESHA, WI—A report of a man with "horn implants in his head" was called into the Waukesha Police Department on Tuesday. A caller in the 200 block of Estberg Avenue reported a man on his stoop, according to the police log. The caller told police the man had come to the house in the past.

The caller cited "a bizarre circumstance" where a prior owner, who matches the description of the suspicious man, came back in 2018 looking for psychedelic mushrooms he had planted in the front of the house when he did live there, the log said.

This same man voiced his desire back then to get horn implants in his head. The caller thought it may be one in the same, the log said.
