Boombalatti's Pizza cited product and staffing shortages.

WAUKESHA, WI—A Waukesha “take n’ bake” temporarily closed its store front, citing staffing and product shortages, according to a Facebook announcement.

Laura and Matt Turk, owners of Boombalatti's Pizza Co., located at 1319 Poplar Drive, Unit C, posted the announcement on Monday.

Boombalatti's offers low carb and gluten friendly alternatives to standard pizza crust. At the store front, customers can order specialty uncooked pizza they can cook later at home.
