Woman Charged After Threats At Waukesha Animal Shelter, Prom: Reports

A woman from Hartland is facing charges in connection with threats at Arrowhead High School and a Waukesha animal shelter, reports said.

HARTLAND, WI — A woman was charged recently in connection with threats made toward Arrowhead High School's prom and the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, according to media reports citing a criminal complaint.

Olivia Kobb, 19, faces multiple cases in Waukesha County Court, with charges including making terrorist threats and felony bail jumping, online court records showed. The charges come in connection with threats reported in April and May, according to a report by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The first incident happened on April 11 when Kobb posted a comment on TikTok with her personal account that read "Where dat arrowhead prom at we all are trying go shoot it up," a criminal complaint said, according to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Meanwhile, Kobb also faces charges in connection with the incident at HAWS, according to a report by TMJ4 News. A criminal complaint accused Kobb of telling a worker at the animal shelter on May 10 that her mom could "put a bullet through your head" after the worker confronted her about using an off-limits area, the TMJ4 report said.

Kobb has pleaded not guilty and is bound over for trial in two cases where she faces charges of making terrorist threats, online court records showed.
