• Brookfield woman, 48, died in three-vehicle Dodge County crash Dec. 10 (fdlreporter.com) — A semi driver involved in a fatal three-vehicle crash in Dodge County was taken to Waupun Hospital for examination, while another driver was hospitalized in West Bend. The collision on State 49 near County YY killed a 48-year-old Brookfield woman and remains under investigation. Multiple area fire, EMS, and emergency teams responded to the scene.
