2020 Wauwatosa Fireworks, Memorial Day Events Canceled

WAUWATOSA, WI — Citing the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in Wisconsin, two main civic celebrations have been canceled for 2020 in Wauwatosa.

According to city officials, the Wauwatosa Civic Celebration Commission voted to cancel the 2020 Memorial Day observance at Longfellow School and the 2020 Independence Day parade and fireworks due to the coronavirus pandemic.

City officials said Tosa Tonight would typically host a concert on July 4, but they have canceled the 2020 summer concert series due to ongoing concerns about the spread of COVID-19.
