• Snowdance 10-Minute Comedy Festival names nine finalists for 2026 run at Sixth Street Theatre (racinecountyeye.com) — Three Wauwatosa writers are among nine finalists in Racine’s 2026 Snowdance 10-Minute Comedy Festival, giving local talent a spotlight on a regional stage. Their play, “Life Is a Highway,” will run on rotating dates in February and early March, with audiences voting on cash-prize winners. 
• How Mariah Antetokounmpo is helping Milwaukee-area foster families this holiday season (jsonline.com) — A Wauwatosa foster and adoptive mom says a special holiday party for foster families “takes something off my plate” by providing gifts, support and community. Hosted at Grafton’s Kacmarcik Center, the Fostering Community Christmas brings together about 150 Milwaukee-area foster, adoptive and kinship families for games, food, Santa visits and a “Santa’s Workshop” where parents choose and wrap presents.
