WAUWATOSA, WI — Wauwatosa police responded to several calls for service over the weekend. Here are a few highlights from the police log from Dec. 10 to Thursday.

A person attempted to break into St. Matthew's Church located at 1615 Wauwatosa Ave. on Dec. 10.

Two people attempted to break into Our Redeemer Lutheran School located at 10025 W. North Ave. on Dec. 10.

A person cut the catalytic converter off 2007 blue Hyundai Santa Fe on Dec. 11 in the 1200 block of North 68th Street.

Police responded to 6700 block of Cedar Street for a car that had been parked on the road for several weeks. The car was listed as stolen and towed away. There was no damage and the inside was very clean.
