- a public hearing about Harlow & Hem (a proposed multi-unit residential development at 7487 Harwood Avenue, 7463 Harwood Avenue, 1330 Wauwatosa Avenue and 7470 Blanchard Street) and a public hearing about proposed special assessments for the replacement of existing city street light fixtures within the Washington Highlands.

Meeting Format
Due to the extremely high level of positive COVID-19 cases in Wauwatosa, the City has no practical ability to adequately assure the health and safety of attendees. Members of the public, including participants in public hearings, can participate virtually via Zoom or through phone. There is no in-person option for members of the public.
Elected officials and city staff have the option of attending in person or virtually.
