Common Council will have public hearings about Harlow & Hem and proposed special assessments for street light fixtures within the Washington Highlands.

  • a public hearing about Harlow & Hem (a proposed multi-unit residential development at 7487 Harwood Avenue, 7463 Harwood Avenue, 1330 Wauwatosa Avenue and 7470 Blanchard Street) and a public hearing about proposed special assessments for the replacement of existing city street light fixtures within the Washington Highlands.
  • a resolution approving a land division at 11732 Martha Drive
  • an ordinance providing for the withdrawal of zoning applications by applicants prior to final decisions
  • an ordinance to modify treatment of split-zoned parcels
  • a resolution approving a three-year contract with Windstream for telephone services
  • a resolution approving the design services agreement with Graef for water main replacement in North Avenue from Mayfair Road to the Menomonee River Parkway

Meeting Format

Due to the extremely high level of positive COVID-19 cases in Wauwatosa, the City has no practical ability to adequately assure the health and safety of attendees. Members of the public, including participants in public hearings, can participate virtually via Zoom or through phone. There is no in-person option for members of the public.

Elected officials and city staff have the option of attending in person or virtually.
