- Plan Commission (February 7, 6:00 pm) will hear a request for a land division via certified survey map at 11732 Martha Drive
- Transportation Affairs (February 7, 6:30 pm) will consider a request by Colectivo Coffee for a loading zone permit at 6745 W. Wells Street following the conclusion of a 90 day trial and talk about parking regulations on North Avenue from Mayfair Road to Swan Boulevard
- Government Affairs (February 7, 6:30 pm) will talk about:
- an application for a beer and liquor license by San Camillo at 10200 W. Bluemound Road
- an application for a special event permit for February 27, 2022, including a temporary extension of licensed premises, by Ray's Growler Gallery at 8930 W. North Avenue

- Financial Affairs (February 7, 7:30 pm) will talk about:
- a request for a 3-year contract with a preferred vendor for renewal/replacement of telephony services
- approval of a contract with Graef-USE for engineering design services of a water main relay in North Avenue from Mayfair Road to the Menomonee River
- a memo from the Financial Affairs Director providing quarterly update on American Rescue Plan Act spending

Meeting Format
Due to the extremely high level of positive COVID-19 cases in Wauwatosa, the City has no practical ability to adequately assure the health and safety of attendees. Members of the public, including participants in public hearings, can participate virtually via Zoom or through phone. There is no in-person option for members of the public.
Elected officials and city staff have the option of attending in person or virtually. This meeting format will be followed through March 1, 2022.
