- Plan Commission (January 10, 6:00 pm) will talk about:
- a public hearing related to 3031 North 114th Street for a drive through facility
- a request for a land combination at 7463 Harwood Avenue, 7487 Harwood Avenue, 1330 Wauwatosa Avenue, and 7470 Blanchard Street
- a request for a zoning map amendment at 7487 Harwood Avenue, 7463 Harwood Avenue, 1330 Wauwatosa Avenue, and 7470 Blanchard Street
- a request for a planned unit development preliminary plans for a multi-unit development
- Transportation Affairs (January 11, 6:30 pm) will talk about:
- a request for extension of an existing 90 day trial modifying parking regulations on 97th, 98th, 99th, 103rd, and 104th Streets between Wisconsin Avenue and Blue Mound Road
- proposed modifications to the City's Municipal Code related to snow and ice removal from sidewalks
- an ordinance modifying parking regulations on N. 74th Street from W. Wright Street to Clark Street following the conclusion of a 90 day trial

- Community Affairs (January 11, 7:30 pm) will discuss a request for planned unit development final plans at 2506 Wauwatosa Avenue for a multi-unit residential development and a report regarding operation of a restaurant at 11320 W Blue Mound Road.

Meeting Format
Due to the extremely high level of positive COVID-19 cases in Wauwatosa, the City has no practical ability to adequately assure the health and safety of attendees. Members of the public, including participants in public hearings, can participate virtually via Zoom or through phone. There is no in-person option for members of the public.
Elected officials and city staff have the option of attending in person or virtually. This meeting format will be followed through February 1, 2022.
