Wauwatosa Health Department needs citizens' input for the next stop in improving health in the community.
The has completed a community-wide health assessment and is now seeking community input on specific strategies and partners to improve the health of Wauwatosa. The health department plans to focus on the following issues, based on the Community Health Assessment:
- Alcohol and Other Drug Use
- Safety and Injury Prevention
- Mental Health
- Physical Activity and Nutrition
- Environmental Health and Healthy Homes
- Child Development
- Communicable Disease
