Fire At Mayfair Pediatrics Resulted In Temporary Power Shutdown
The fire resulted in power being shut off for a time Wednesday, officials said.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Authorities in Wauwatosa say nobody was hurt after a small electrical fire was reported outside Mayfair Pediatrics. The fire resulted in power being shut off for a time Wednesday, officials said.
Wauwatosa Fire Department assistant chief Brent Lee told Patch that the Wauwatosa Fire Department along with Milwaukee Fire responded to 3040 N 117th St. Wednesday night for a possible structure fire.
Lee said fire crews found a small fire that was coming from the ground outside of the building. After investigating, the fire was confirmed to be an underground electrical issue verified by WE Energies.

Wauwatosa fire crews investigated the interior of the structure and determined that the fire did not spread to any part of the building inside.
Lee said the fire went out when power was shut down to the area. WE energies gas and electric were on the scene along with the building owners and representatives as fire crews finished their work at the scene.
