Irgens Buys Wauwatosa Building for $9.5 million
The development firm announced the purchase of the Milwaukee County Research Park office building in Wauwatosa.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Irgens Partners, a real estate development firm, announced Tuesday the purchase of a Milwaukee County Research Park office building in Wauwatosa for $9.5 million.
The firm acquired 10701 Research Drive, a five-story, 130,000-square-foot office building completed in 1995.
Irgens is planning substantial improvements to the facility, including new common area finishes and "a distinctive amenity package," the release said.

The development firm also plans a two-story, 53,000-square-foot office building at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Innovation Campus in Wauwatosa, as well as a six-story, 197,000-square-foot office building and a two-story parking garage, according to a report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
