WAUWATOSA, WI—"Bang that ball. Crush that wall. I love my Milwaukee Brewers. We rule this diamond," sings Eddy J. Lemberger, a Milwaukee-based songwriter, in his song, "We Rule This Diamond – That’s My Brew Crew.”

Lemberger wrote the song in August and early September as a way of inspiring the Milwaukee Brewers team and its fans.

He clearly has his eye on the ball and believes winning the championship is all about positive thinking.

He said he hopes to have an opportunity to perform the song in front of the Brewers or at least inspire them to win the World Series.

It is not the first time Lemberger has dabbled in sports jingles for Wisconsin-based teams.

Lemberger wrote the polka song "I Love My Green Bay Packers" in 1993 and rereleased the track in 2021. He wrote more than 20 Packers-inspired songs such as "Title Town Twist" and "Lambeau Limbo."

Shortly before the Milwaukee Bucks won the franchise's first NBA title in 50 years in July, he penned and recorded the song "Got Bucks Lust."

Lemberger said everyone is thinking and hoping for the same thing, which is for the Brewers, Bucks and Packers to go all the way in their seasons.

He added all three teams have the protentional to win championship games within a short period of time.

"I view our Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks as fraternal twins, and our Green Bay Packers as their older brother," he said.
