Restaurant, Harmony Tavern, Planned for Tosa Village Neighborhood
With a limited but unique menu, high-end cocktails, wine and beer, the Lowlands Group hopes to open next to its current Wauwatosa restaurant, Café Hollander.

A restaurant with “a limited but unique menu, high-end cocktails, wine and beer” is planned for Wauwatosa’s village neighborhood, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
The Lowlands Group plans to locate the restaurant called Harmony Tavern next to its existing Wauwatosa restaurant, Café Hollander, at 7700 Harwood Ave., the newspaper reports.
Developer Sean Phelan, co-owner of Lowlands, suspended a proposal for a four-story apartment building at the former Wauwatosa Fire Station No. 1 site on Underwood Avenue in May after public outcry.
