Robyn Vining Announces Series of Town Halls
Vining will host town halls on women's pelvic health, sex trafficking prevention, living with anxiety, postpartum depression, and more.

WAUWATOSA - State Rep. Robyn Vining (D-Wauwatosa) introduced a new initiative called Topical Town Halls. These town halls will focus on five distinct topics and will occur this fall and winter throughout the 14th Assembly District.
Rep. Vining released the following statement regarding her Topical Town Halls:
“In a time where we feel politics can be terribly divisive, I want to call us together in our communities, to care for one another, to learn, and to grow. And with that, I’m announcing Topical Town Halls to be held throughout the fall and winter, with invited experts to cover topics like women’s pelvic health and recovery from child birth, sex trafficking of children, living with anxiety, postpartum depression, and the worlds of long and short term care givers and care receivers.

“Politics is supposed to be about people and, as your Representative, I seek to be the kind of public servant who serves our communities where we need it most. That includes writing the state budget, door knocking, public office hours, legislation, and now also neighborhood educational opportunities. It is my goal that my time in office is spent in a myriad of ways that will, in effect, create opportunities to better the lives of my constituents.”
