Several Cars Broken Into, Stolen In Tosa Parking Lots: Police
Wauwatosa police responded to several calls for service. Here are a few highlights from the police log from Dec. 3 to Wednesday.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Wauwatosa police responded to several car break-ins and thefts near businesses, according to the department's police log.
Police reported the following incidents.
A 2019 gray Kia Forte was stolen on Dec. 3 from the Mayfair Mall parking lot at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

The car was parked in the outer ring parking lot near Crate & Barrel. Broken glass in the parking space suggested that the passenger side rear window had been broken. Mayfair Mall security said the section of the parking lot where the car was parked was out of range of surveillance cameras. There were no witnesses.
Also on Dec. 3, a car was smashed in the parking lot of the Wisconsin Athletic Club at 8700 Watertown Plank Road. The victim's car window was smashed, and multiple multiple credit cards were taken.

A person broke into a locked silver 2019 Dodge Ram parked in the Extended Day America, at 11121 W. North Ave. on Dec. 5. The rear passenger window was smashed, and $900 worth of tools were stolen.
A 2019 Kia Forte was stolen from the Mayfair Mall parking lot on Dec. 5.
A 2006 tan Buick was stolen from the Mayfair Mall parking lot on Tuesday. The car was parked on the west side of the lot, near Macy's. The driver likely dropped car keys while walking to the Apple Store. Mall security told police there was no video footage of the theft.
