Smoke Shack Express Opens In Wauwatosa With Free Sandwiches

WAUWATOSA, WI — One of the top barbecue joints in suburban Milwaukee is changing the way they serve their customers.
The Smoke Shack, located in Wauwatosa's Mayfair Collection, is being renamed the Smoke Shack Express, and has changed from a dine-in joint to quick-counter ordering.
Smoke Shack Express has re-constructed the space for guests to order at the counter, grab a seat, and feast. The location will also operate a full bar.

Smoke Shack Express, officially opened on Friday, Feb. 7. Organizers say they're celebrating their grand re-opening with free sandwiches for the first 50 customers.
They're still serving up their 14-hour smoked Angus Beef Brisket, Kansas City Eggrolls and the Smoke Shack Sampler.

There will also be new sandwiches like the Shack Daddy, which is towered high with pulled ham, brisket, sausage and coleslaw.
