• Left behind during Great Recession, Pleasant Prairie condo project is revived (biztimes.com subscription) — A long-stalled Pleasant Prairie condo project is being revived, and it’s being compared to a similar unfinished development in West Bend that began in the early 2000s. Douglas Kent Development plans to complete 14 new four-unit buildings in Pleasant Prairie’s Sagewood Condos, with updated townhouse-style designs, garages, and shared amenities, pending additional village approvals.
